How Does the Trade Program Work?

Who is eligible for a trade account?

Trade accounts are available to qualified design professionals and businesses, including interior designers, architects, builders, contractors, cabinet makers, furniture makers, property managers, retailers, and other home improvement professionals.

What information do I need to apply?

Please provide your full name, business email, phone number, company name, business type, website or professional social profile, city and state, estimated order value, project type, expected purchase timeline, and the products and quantities you are interested in.

Complete and accurate information helps our team review your application more efficiently.

How long does the application process take?

Most applications are reviewed within 1–2 business days. We may contact you if additional business or project information is needed.

Once approved, you will receive access to eligible trade pricing, project support, sample assistance, and custom quote services.

How does trade pricing work?

Approved trade members receive 16% off eligible products, 18% off their first trade order, and up to 20% off qualifying volume orders.

Trade pricing cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotional offers. The highest eligible discount will be applied automatically. Larger projects may qualify for a custom quote.
