1. Returns & Refunds
How long do I have to return an item?
We accept return and exchange requests within 90 days from the date of delivery.
Is there a restocking fee?
No, we do not charge any restocking or handling fees ($0.00).
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your authorized return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment service provider.
Refunds apply to product price only. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or due to our error.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item), we cover the costs. For voluntary returns, the customer is responsible for shipping fees and safe transit.
What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic evidence of the damage and packaging.

We currently ship across the United States only.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 7–12 business days, while Express shipping takes 5–7 business days (excluding our 1–3 day processing time).
