This Return & Exchange Policy explains the conditions and procedures for returns, exchanges, and refunds for purchases made from our store. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept return and exchange requests within 90 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Items showing signs of use, wear, alteration, or damage not caused by shipping may not be eligible.
2. Non-Eligible Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange, including final sale items, clearance items, and gift cards.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used items may not be eligible where applicable.
3. Return & Exchange Authorization
All return and exchange requests must be approved before items are sent back.

Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law or due to our error.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at info@comforsyco.com.
Please include your order number, description, and clear photos.
6. Refunds
Once an authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or payment provider.
Refunds apply to product price only. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless due to our error or required by law.

7. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If unavailable, a refund may be issued.
You may place a new order for faster service and request a return separately.
8. Order Cancellations
Please contact info@comforsyco.com as soon as possible to cancel an order.
Orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.
9. Chargebacks
Please contact us first if you experience any issues. Chargebacks without prior contact may delay resolution.
