We are committed to providing a clear, reliable, and transparent shipping experience. Please review the information below to understand how your order will be processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders will be processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays).

Processing time includes order verification, quality inspection, packaging, and handover to the logistics carrier. During peak seasons, promotional periods, or high order volumes, processing time may be extended. If your order processing time exceeds the normal range, we will notify you by email.

Processing time and shipping time are calculated separately. Shipping time begins only after the order has been dispatched.

2. Shipping Fees & Methods

Shipping fees are shown at checkout before payment and are based on your order value, delivery address, and selected shipping method.

Shipping Fee Guarantee

Shipping fees shown at checkout are estimates. The final carrier cost is confirmed after your order is packed and weighed, based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. If the actual carrier cost is lower, we refund the difference. If it is higher, we cover the difference for the original shipment. You will not be asked to pay extra after checkout.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Shipping time begins after the order has been dispatched and does not include processing time.

Standard shipping typically takes 9–12 business days after shipment.

Expedited shipping typically takes 5–7 business days after shipment.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, peak seasons, or other factors beyond our control.

4. Order Cut-Off Time, Weekends & Holidays

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

During certain holidays, logistics carriers may suspend operations, which may affect pickup and delivery schedules. These delays are beyond our control. Once an order has been shipped, carrier-related delays do not automatically qualify the order for cancellation.

5. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, if available.

After the package is handed over to the carrier, tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@comforsyco.com.

6. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

International shipping is not available. Orders placed for delivery outside the United States cannot be processed.

7. Incorrect Address & Undeliverable Packages

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, an unclaimed package, refusal of delivery, or other address-related issues, we will arrange reshipment after the package is returned and confirmed by the carrier. Additional shipping fees may apply.

If reshipment is declined, only the product price will be refunded. Original shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.

If you need to modify your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@comforsyco.com. Once the order has been shipped, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

If your shipment experiences delays, especially during peak seasons, please allow additional time for delivery.

If tracking information shows that your order has been marked as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check nearby delivery areas, mailboxes, neighbors, or property management offices.

Please notify us within 7 days by emailing info@comforsyco.com so that we may further assist you.

9. Partial Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately based on inventory availability and logistics requirements.

In such cases, multiple tracking numbers may be provided. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees beyond those displayed at checkout, unless a reshipment is required due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or other customer-provided delivery issue.

10. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@comforsyco.com.

Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label.
