The Comforsyco Sample Program is available only for selected cabinet handles, pulls, knobs, and drawer handles that meet the program requirements.
- You may order up to 3 different eligible sample items per household within a 12-month period.
- Each unique style, size, and finish combination is limited to 1 piece.
- Each sample item must be priced under $15 at the time of purchase.
- Orders containing more than 3 sample items will not qualify as sample orders.
- Please add “Sample Order” to the order note at checkout. If you forget to add the note, contact us after placing your order.
- Sample items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping charges for sample orders are non-refundable.
- Door hardware, hinges, drawer slides, bath accessories, clearance items, special-order items, oversized items, and other home hardware accessories are not eligible unless specifically marked as eligible.
- To qualify for sample credit, place a full order with a merchandise subtotal of at least $200 after discounts and before taxes and shipping.
- The qualifying full order must be placed within 60 days of the sample delivery date.
- To request sample credit, email info@comforsyco.com with your sample order number and qualifying full order number.
- Sample credit requests are normally reviewed within 3–5 business days.
- Approved sample credit is limited to the amount actually paid for eligible sample items. Sample shipping charges, taxes, discounts, and other fees are not included.
- If the qualifying full order is canceled or returned and its merchandise subtotal falls below $200, any sample credit issued may be canceled or deducted from the refund.
- Comforsyco reserves the right to determine sample eligibility and reject orders that do not meet the program requirements or involve suspected misuse.
